- For every package 2 resources are assigned to you. SPOC and Backup.
- A dedicated account manager is also assigned.
- SOP will be prepared as per trial and get approval from you.
- Initial setup will be done, such as Phone, Email, and Chat systems accesses will be provided appropriately.
- Daily and Weekly production reports will be shared.
