Our Box Truck VA will act as an extension of your organization. We will issue a phone line and an email specific to your organization to the VA.

- Send emails, SMS campaigns and phone calls on your behalf to the shippers and brokers in your preferred localities to identify the load opportunities.
- All the back-end work such as preparing invoices, factoring, driver settlement.
- Any other process that you want the VA to anchor.
The VA will come with a readymade Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document. You can modify it for your organization or can give your SOP to the VA to follow.
The VA will be able to share the industry best practices with you to help improve your processes.

- For every package 2 resources are assigned to you. SPOC and Backup.
- A dedicated account manager is also assigned.
- SOP will be prepared as per trial and get approval from you.
- Initial setup will be done, such as Phone, Email, and Chat systems accesses will be provided appropriately.
- Daily and Weekly production reports will be shared.
